A Manager of Regulatory Compliance is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing an organization's compliance program, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards by actively monitoring operations, conducting audits, and providing guidance to ensure the company remains compliant across all departments and activities.

Job Summary

The Manager of Regulatory Compliance is responsible for administration and oversight of all activities concerning the achievement of continuous regulatory, accreditation readiness, and quality excellence. The role provides oversight for matters including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission (TJC), and other external agencies for regulatory compliance. This position works closely with facility leadership, and department leaders across the organization to support facilitation, development, and implementation of systems to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 1 – 3 years
• 1+ years of technical and managerial experience in accreditation
• Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or Certified in Healthcare Quality and
