Senior Tax strategy Manager

Pay Rate: $270 000-310 000

We are seeking a Senior Tax Strategy Manager to lead transaction structuring, M&A analysis, and portfolio oversight. This role will focus on both domestic and cross-border tax matters, providing strategic guidance and ensuring compliance with evolving tax laws. The position offers an opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead structuring and analysis for transactions, reorganizations, and portfolio oversight.
• Provide tax analysis for international transactions and cross-border structures.
• Prepare and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Manage relationships with external legal and accounting advisors on tax matters.
• Support tax compliance related to executed transactions.
• Monitor and adapt to changing tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with global teams to align tax strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• CPA or tax attorney with 5–8 years of experience in tax strategy and compliance.
• Expertise in U.S. tax rules, including M&A and partnership tax.
• Strong understanding of cross-border tax issues and treaty analysis.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and assignments.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to workload and professional development.
