Director of Tax Services 

We are seeking a Director of Tax Services to lead tax compliance and advisory functions for private equity and asset management clients. This role will involve managing complex tax filings, providing strategic tax guidance, and overseeing an offshore tax team in Manila during a 6–12 month assignment. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and drive operational efficiency across global tax functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee tax compliance for private equity and asset management clients, including federal, state, and international filings.
• Provide strategic tax advisory services to clients.
• Lead multiple tax engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Act as the primary client contact, providing proactive tax solutions.
• Manage offshore tax teams in Manila, ensuring training and performance standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate tax services with fund administration and compliance.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in tax compliance and strategy for private equity or asset management.
• CPA required; MST or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international tax regulations.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-border teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Manila for 6–12 months.
