Job Description
An Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Associate assists lawyers in IP litigation matters, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and collaborating with clients to develop and execute strategies for patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes.

Pay Rate: $235 000-310 000
Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a track record of technical analysis, and persuasive writing abilities. We are looking for candidates who can and want to assume immediate responsibility and who are willing to work on high-stakes cases as an integral part of a collaborative team
Qualifications
- Admission to the DC, Illinois, or New York Bar is required, as is an undergraduate degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or substantially similar.
- Registration to practice before the USPTO is strongly preferred.
- An advanced science or technical degree, industry experience, and computer programming skills are pluses.
