Shift: Full-Time, 12-Hour Night Shifts

About the Role:
Our fast-paced Labor & Delivery unit welcomes over 2,600 babies each
year and offers a dynamic environment for skilled and compassionate
nurses. As an RN in this unit, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Provide care to laboring patients
- Circulate in the Operating Room
- Support Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) services
- Manage high-risk postpartum cases
- Respond to OB triage patients with emergent needs

What You'll Bring:
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active California RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) – upon hire
- NRP certification (American Academy of Pediatrics) – upon hire
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- At least 1 year of independent experience in inpatient Labor &
Delivery including intrapartum, antepartum, and OR
Preferred Qualifications:
- National certification in Labor & Delivery or related specialty
- Completion of AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $105,000–$140,000 annually

Position Details:
- Full-Time, Night Shift (12-hour shifts)
- No relocation assistance provided
- No commission or bonus eligibility

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds all required and preferred certifications
- 2–5 years of relevant nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, patient-centered
approach
- Eager to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environmentQualifications
